Hi there, it’s me, Sarah! I recently got my hands on the 2024 Topps Heritage Baseball Complete Mint Basic 400 Card Hand Collated Set and I have to say, I am blown away by it. First of all, the design is a classic 1975 Topps one and it really gives off that “old school” vibe that I love. Plus, the set includes cards ranging from Batting Leaders to World Series Highlights, so you’re getting a nice variety of players.
One of my favorite things about this set is that it’s loaded with stars. We’re talking Fernando Tatis Jr., Shohei Ohtani, Mike Trout…the list goes on and on. And let’s not forget about all those Rookie and All Star Rookie cards! I was especially excited to see Elly De La Cruz, Evan Carter, and Jasson Dominguez in this set. As a big baseball fan, it’s always fun to collect cards of up-and-coming players.
Now here’s where things get a little funny. Apparently there was a “short print” situation with this set and there is NO card #407. Instead, they replaced it with base card 82. Classic Topps move to confuse us collectors! But hey, at least we get an extra card out of it. Overall, I highly recommend this set to any baseball card enthusiast. You won’t be disappointed!
